Job Summary

A provider of digital and cloud services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform full life cycle recruitment
  • Develop unique and creative sourcing strategies
  • Provide monthly and quarterly recruitment metrics

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years' or more TA experience working as a full life-cycle recruiter
  • Strong working expertise in hiring within technical environments
  • Experience improving end-to-end recruiting processes and programs
  • Experience recruiting applicants with highly valued tech skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies
  • Developed skills in negotiation, persuasions research
