Job Summary
A global consulting and digital services provider is filling a position for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Partner with CIT and Finance function Hiring Managers to understand their teams’ hiring needs and team dynamics
- Develop sourcing strategies for identifying passive and active candidates
- Act as a consultant through the hiring processes, HR related matters, compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a professional services environment specifically focused on filling IT roles
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable years of experience
- Knack for building, fostering and nurturing relationships as a true business partner with senior leadership
- Advanced sourcing skills to attract passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines
- Active knowledge of and participation in social media and branding tools
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
