Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting Full-Cycle Recruitment across a variety departments including Engineering, Sales, and G&A roles
- Ensuring the company upholds each stage of the company's Interview Process, from role intake meeting to the early stages of on-boarding
- Conducting thoughtful candidate interviews with a spirit of curiosity to identify skill and culture matches for each role
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Having a BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Having a minimum of 5 years experience with full-cycle recruitment in an Agency or In-House Environment
- Having experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse or similar ATS
- Having a proactive and assertive nature
- Being dedicated to upholding process with a Team Player attitude
- Having knowledge and understanding of the SaaS industry and business model
