An analytics automation company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Serving as a Talent Acquisition business partner and advisor to Engineering leadership
• Managing the full cycle recruiting process for assigned technical positions
• Developing creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
• Use a data-driven approach to optimize the hiring funnel
• Experience building a diverse candidate pipeline
• Knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion recruiting best practices
• Experience recruiting/sourcing in a fast-paced environment for a variety of technical roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus
