Job Summary
A healthcare revenue cycle management company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with business segments to strategically identify and build pipelines of talent, participate in TA projects as called upon and be a champion for the Talent Acquisition brand every day
- Creating proactive and consultative recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and delivering on hiring needs in a quick manner
- Adhering to recruiting process including scoping calls, weekly 1:1’s, notes in ATS and daily sourcing
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 5+ years of recruiting experience within an agency and/or corporate environment
- Proven strong initiative, a keen sense of urgency, resourcefulness, confidentiality and sound judgment
- Demonstrated track record of proven success in the recruiting field with sourcing passive candidates
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and deliver projects to completion with quick turnarounds at times
- Ability to manage daily and weekly reporting and updates to hiring leaders and your TA leader in a proactive, concise manner
- Ability to utilize all available tools to source passive talent including boolean searching, x-ray, Seekout and LinkedIn Recruiter
