A licensed sports team apparel online retail company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.

Must be able to:

Partner with hiring managers to understand position specifications
Manage full search for professional & managerial level positions
Partner with team members to manage on-boarding process

Required Skills:

3 - 5 years experience in full life cycle recruitment
Ability to interact with all levels of management
Proven experience influencing and consulting hiring teams while operating in an agile and dynamic enviornment
Must be able to independently manage priorities & multi-task
Excellent oral communication, written communication, and presentation skills
Internet savvy with experience in recruiting using Internet sources
