Must be able to:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand position specifications
• Manage full search for professional & managerial level positions
• Partner with team members to manage on-boarding process

Required Skills:

• 3 - 5 years experience in full life cycle recruitment
• Ability to interact with all levels of management
• Proven experience influencing and consulting hiring teams while operating in an agile and dynamic enviornment
• Must be able to independently manage priorities & multi-task
• Excellent oral communication, written communication, and presentation skills
• Internet savvy with experience in recruiting using Internet sources
