A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building out the Talent Acquisition function
  • Sourcing and developing a diverse and talented pipeline of candidates
  • Extending and negotiating offers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, experience working as a solo recruiter
  • 3+ years recruiting for technical positions
  • Experience in a growing startup working a high number of requisitions
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience working with Greenhouse
