A technology solutions firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Technical Recruiter in Bellevue.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with the recruiting and senior leadership teams to assess business requirements
- Taking ownership of the recruiting process with each candidate from start to finish and deliver a premier experience
- Collaborating with the recruiting team to source top performing and experienced consultants
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience with a focus on cloud-based technology recruitment
- Ability to communicate with Hiring managers, Directors, VP’s, Owners, etc
- Highly driven, self-directed, and a desire to work quickly in a highly autonomous environment
- An expert with headhunting tactics and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Passionate about inclusion, diversity, and equity
- Ability to effectively support business leaders while managing multiple priorities
