Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning the strategy to recruit a range of diverse Data Science and other technical roles
- Managing efficient & fast-paced full-cycle recruiting to support growth plans while focusing on providing a positive candidate experience
- Engaging and partnering with business leaders in order to understand their talent needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of recent experience recruiting Data Science and other tech roles as a Technical Recruiter in a high-growth environment
- Deep sourcing and recruiting strategy experience while utilizing a variety of resources
- Success building robust candidate pipelines and improving recruiting processes
- Strong prioritization, organizational, analytics, multi-tasking along with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality
