- 8+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment
- Extensive experience in managing and hiring Engineering, Product, and IT recruitment teams
- Experience measuring progress in increasing top-of-funnel diversity
- Solid business ties that will help with benchmarking and external alliances
- Prior experience enhancing recruiting effectiveness and evaluating hire quality
- In-depth understanding of and opinion on organizational transformation
