A technology company specializing in graphics processing units is filling a position for a Remote Senior Technical Sourcer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters and the business to develop a diverse candidate pipeline
- Identify prospects through strong research by using sourcing platforms and targeted networking
- Execute on tactical outreach, craft custom outreach messaging, and screen prospective candidates
Qualifications for this position include:
- Attend meet-ups and conferences
- 5+ years’ technical sourcing/recruiting expertise
- Proficient in direct sourcing using LinkedIn, user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools
- Expertise recruiting for Technical Sales, Software Development or Hardware roles
- Expert-level internet search and networking skills
