Job Summary

A mass media corporation is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Sourcer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying and engage potential candidates with compelling, personalized messaging
• Coaching our team members and hiring managers on candidate sourcing best practices
• Advising hiring managers and recruiters on essential position requirements and state of the market

Qualifications Include:

• Experience with a team first approach where you know good ideas can come from anyone
• 4+ years of talent sourcing experience for technical or executive roles
• Knowledge of current, trending, and new sourcing tools and platforms
• The ability to search without tools, including with techniques like open-source web search, x-ray search, pdf search, and more
• Familiarity with boolean logic and the requirements of different search engines, including LinkedIn Recruiter, the open web, and our ATS
