Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Diagnosing/debugging operations-related problems for existing customers
  • Helping new customers get up and running
  • Escalating to and resolving issues with the engineering teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience providing support in a B2B SaaS company
  • Deep empathy for technical and non-technical users
  • Knowledge of Linux systems, programming languages, logging and orchestration tools, ticket tracking, etc
