Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application
- Troubleshoot, analyze and solve complex customer issues
- Replicate customer scenarios for configuration/environmental solutions and /or readying the issue for engineering review
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3 plus years’ experience in customer support working with enterprise size applications and client/server and/or Web Based technologies
- Working knowledge of PCs, operating systems, web technologies and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Highly motivated with excellent written and oral skills
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Strong customer focus including satisfying internal and external customer demands and needs in a timely manner
