Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application
  • Troubleshoot, analyze and solve complex customer issues
  • Replicate customer scenarios for configuration/environmental solutions and /or readying the issue for engineering review

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3 plus years’ experience in customer support working with enterprise size applications and client/server and/or Web Based technologies
  • Working knowledge of PCs, operating systems, web technologies and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems
  • Highly motivated with excellent written and oral skills
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Strong customer focus including satisfying internal and external customer demands and needs in a timely manner
