Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experience
  • Provide well-thought out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms
  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting Identity Access Management solutions
  • 6+ years, enterprise technical support, system administration, professional services or related customer facing role
  • Experience supporting, SSO, SAML, or WS Federation
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting REST APIs
