Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer in Boise.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting support engineers to perform in-depth log analysis, troubleshoot and resolve highly complex MSIP related issues
- Assisting support engineers and engineering to recreate complex issues both in the Cloud environment and with OVA/appliance
- Participating in product development cycle to enhance product debugging capabilities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have 5+ years experience in enterprise cloud/network security or administration of security services/devices
- Have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Have in-depth practical knowledge of data networking (TCP/IP with focus in HTTP/HTTPS) and cybersecurity related technologies
- Have experience with network firewalls, proxy services, or application delivery products required
- Have a BS or MS in EE or CS/CE, Math, Physics or related fields
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
