Position Requirements Include:
- At least 5 years of experience in a Technical Sourcing or Technical Recruiting role
- Prior experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS
- Have a fearless, can-do attitude, with the belief ‘break fast and fix faster’
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
