Job Summary
A healthcare research company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Technical Talent Sourcer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Sourcing a diverse pool of passive and active candidates through channels
- Developing creative sourcing strategies and campaigns to target the ideal candidate profile
- Identifying, attracting, and phone screening candidates in Software engineering and other technical areas
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced technical environment
- 7+ years’ experience as a sourcer and/or recruiter in an agency or in-house corporate environment
- Experience with Boolean logic and LinkedIn, experience researching, data mining
- Skilled at finding ways to identify potential candidates
- Ability to balance multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
