Job Summary

A customer engagement software development company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Technical Writer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Creating the installation, administrative, getting started, and troubleshooting content for the end-user documentation
• Writing documentation for new product features and functionality
• Organizing existing documentation into a logical flow

Position Requirements Include:

• 3+ years of experience researching, writing, editing, and reviewing product documentation
• Firm grasp of contact center terminology
• Proven ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts and create accurate procedural and reference information
• Experience structuring information to be easy to discover, navigate, and browse
• Experience with Swagger, OpenAPI, or similar automated documentation systems
