Job Summary

A software and services company specializing in solutions for communications service providers is filling a position for a Remote Senior Technical Writer.

Must be able to:

• Design and develop content for an array of technical publications, owning all phases of production
• Work independently to research, investigate & gather information from both formal & informal specifications & requirements sources
• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to create & refine technical content that enables customers to achieve rapid success

Required Skills:

• 7+ years’ experience as Senior content developer, responsible for the design & development of customer enablement materials
• Tenacious initiative & self-motivation combined with a strong technical savvy
• Proven record of producing and delivering high-quality content on time
• Experience with optical access networking technologies, IP/Ethernet switching and routing, QoS, Wi-Fi protocols, etc
• Excellent written and oral communications skills are essential
