Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Technology Customer Representative in Allentown.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Documenting conversation with claims adjusters in regard to the specific loss report
- Assisting in answering of incoming calls from insurance adjusters and vehicle owners
- Maintaining a good relationship with dealers and claims adjusters to ensure overall customer satisfaction

- 3 years prior customer service experience required
