Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Technology Customer Success Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing Tier 2 support primarily through tickets and phone support
  • Providing overflow chat support during high volume periods
  • Acting as a mentor within the Customer Success team to help improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications Include:

  • Able to demonstrate a sense of ownership.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Focused on results and team objectives.
  • Hands-on experience managing customer issues through a ticketing system
  • Hands-on experience in a technical support capacity supporting web browsers, Microsoft Windows, networks, computers, scanners, and point-of-sale equipment
