Job Summary
A network and cybersecurity company is in need of a Remote Senior Text Collection Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Guiding and developing your team of data engineers, and hire new team members
- Collaborating with researchers who establish access and manage upstream collection
- Planning, managing, and delivering TC projects in an Agile SDLC environment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Significant engineering management experience leading Data Engineering teams
- Enjoy coaching, and take pride in your people's growth
- Recent experience managing fully remote and/or hybrid teams
- Can write production-grade python code and can be a part-time player / full-time coach
