Job Summary

A cloud solutions technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer in San Francisco.

Must be able to:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues
  • Provide well-thought out and reliable direction
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality

Required Skills:

  • 8-10+ years of customer support, technical support, system administration or related customer facing role
  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline
  • Must have practical experience and a solid technical foundation in two of the following areas: Linux, Networking, Virtualization, Storage, Server Hardware
  • Highly analytical in problem solving with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking
