Job Summary
An online freelance marketplace needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Total Rewards and People Operations Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Advancing the strategic direction and execution of our Total Rewards programs
- Designing, and delivering new and innovative compensation plans
- Leading the semi-annual compensation review process
Qualifications for this position include:
- Deep Compensation & Benefits experience
- Technical knowledge of compensation design
- Proven track record of providing creative and scalable designs and programs
- Advanced skills in building and manipulating complex data sets
