Job Summary

A beverage company specializing in wine and spirits has a current position open for a Remote Senior Total Rewards Operations Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Executing the company's Compensation and Performance Management processes and will have accountability for process accuracy
  • Initiating & supporting global Workday annual business processes and workflow for Compensation and Performance Management
  • Supporting employees and managers in their Workday process responsibilities

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Detail-oriented, process thinker, customer-focused, problem solver; able to work with a team and independently
  • Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent)
  • Experience: 3-5 years experience in HR systems
  • Process design
  • Workday HCM (Human Capital Management)
