Job Summary
A global crypto finance company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Treasury Operations Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting day-to-day treasury banking operations, ensuring proper internal controls
- Helping us to ensure the success of critical operational functions, including cash reconciliation, transaction confirmation and cash positioning of the reserve
- Participating in the development of related processes and lead projects to ensure alignment with Treasury objectives, primarily as it relates to cash and financial risk management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years experience in Treasury or related field - knowledge of Payments Industry preferred
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Established ability to independently organize, analyze and interpret information to explain irregularities or trends
- Proven success at identifying and documenting key performance and risk indicators and can develop meaningful and insightful management dashboards and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of USDC flows and any operational issues which may be experienced by Customers as relates to traditional banking
