Job Summary

A full service IT company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Unix Associate System Technician.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Analyze, log, track and resolve complex to highly complex software/hardware matters of significance
• Perform complex to highly complex troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose non-routine system problems
• Upgrade system software and hardware components as required to meet business needs

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience working with software installation/upgrading procedures
• Experience working with computer hardware for installation and upgrades
• Six or more years of experience with computer systems or networking
• Experience working with file and system maintenance procedures
