A computer software company is seeking a Remote Senior User Researcher in Richmond.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being a research thought leader in the broader UX organization
- Planning and executing research to understand user problems
- Applying research methodologies and user-centered design practices
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in Human Computer Interaction or Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in User Research
- Demonstrated experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research at scale
- Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Passion for deciphering data into meaningful insights
- Flexibility in adapting research to changing conditions, requirements, and timelines
