Job Summary

A high-speed internet provider is in need of a Remote Senior Vertical Assets Project Manager in New York City.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Setting up operational structures and methods to manage the development of vertical asset sites on an aggressive schedule
• Leveraging established playbooks and also creating new ones
• Managing all operational aspects of the vertical assets in the local market including design, construction, installation, site turn up, and site growth

Required Skills:

• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position such as standing, bending, or occasional need to climb ladders or stairs
• BA/BS degree, ideally in a technical discipline, with equivalent practical experience
• 10 years minimum experience in leading multiple concurrent highly visible projects
• A history of building high-performance teams from the ground up and managing budgets
• Knowledge of outdoor telco construction services (ordering and installation): Power (AC and DC), fiber, ethernet, permitting
