Job Summary
A management consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior Voice Network Fraud Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing Voice Fraud Management subject matter expertise
- Preparing presentation of fraud/security gaps and recommendations to remedy
- Providing input into a plan to improve Voice Fraud Management
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree, or comparable industry experience
- 10+ years’ experience in voice fraud identification, investigation, and prevention
- Knowledge of current regulatory policies and industry problems associated with voice fraud
- Strong background in telecommunications voice infrastructure, products, and services
- Experience building strong organizational partnerships with senior executives
- Excellent communication skills
