A customer engagement services provider is in need of a Remote Senior VUI Designer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Educating clients on best practices
  • Participating in Speech Tuning process
  • Leading Requirements and Design workshops

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Able to fulfill travel requirements
  • Experience in writing Voice User Interface design specifications
  • Experience in conducting Usability Studies and WOZ tests
  • 6+ years industry experience in IVR Voice User Interface design
  • Experience working closely with outside clients and partners, as well as developers
