Job Summary
A clinical and scientific staffing company is seeking a Remote Senior Workday Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Troubleshooting problems, test, and work with business to resolve issues
- Advising stakeholders of best practice solutions for various business needs
- Working closely with the business teams to understand functional requirements and execute them through successful implementation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Security configuration and creation of complex Reports
- 5+ years of global experience implementing and supporting HCM applications
- Highly motivated individual with good customer relationship & support skills
- 5+ years of HR Information System Management experience; Workday HR system knowledge, process, procedureand best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience facilitating and tracking testing sessions (SIT, UAT, etc.)
