Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Managing caseload/claims within established performance standards
Being responsible for successfully managing Workers' Compensation claims
Properly assessing the indemnity, medical and expense exposure of assigned claims

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Certification exams and adjusting licenses as required by state
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation claim handling required
Strong focus delivering outstanding customer service
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
