Job Summary

A workers’ compensation healthcare administrator is seeking a Remote Senior Workforce Optimization Performance Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Own the development of a centralized repository with complete process documentation for the WFO Performance
  • Lead collaborative discussions with Stakeholders to identify, develop and execute strategic solutions that drive alignment
  • Drive change and be adaptable while working with detailed subjects and can simplify/assess complex topics

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Workforce Management roles, with in-depth knowledge of Contact Center environments
  • Consistent working knowledge of Workforce Optimization processes, theory, platforms/systems and organization is required
  • In-depth experience with skilling prioritizing, planning, and executing work-stream deliverables
  • Promote an inclusive team environment and bring a high level of enthusiasm and contribution in a virtual team
