Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Senior Workforce Traffic Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Using workforce management software and work volume history
- Utilizing call center tools to observe agents’ actual state compared to scheduled state
- Managing real-time inbound call traffic to help ensure that service levels are met
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED or higher OR equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of workforce management experience
- 2+ years with workforce systems with experience as a workforce professional performing forecasting, planning, etc
- Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours
