Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Service Coordinator II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Generate and print various assigned reports
  • Review and process invoices and paperwork, and forwards paperwork to Account Teams, as needed
  • Create and dispatch purchase orders, along with the maintenance of the PO's

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to use multiple systems at the same time
  • In depth knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
  • Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high paced environment
  • One-year certificate from college or technical school; or six (6) months to two (2) years of related experience and/ orTraining; or equivalent
