Job Summary
A communications company has a current position open for a Remote Service Delivery Executive.
Must be able to:
- Ensure that the right employees, equipment and products are deployed and available
- Assist the Sales team to identify opportunities to up sell services
- 6. Contribute to and optimize the contract renewal process
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Extensive related experience with a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
- Broad expertise and skills to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
- Ability to create formal networks involving coordination among groups
- Independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ability to ensure problems and incidents escalated are either resolved or further escalated
