Job Summary

A global technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Service Delivery Management Consultant 3.

  • Represent their customers as a single point of contact
  • Maintain accurate account information
  • Handles day-to-day relationship and when necessary for crises or escalations, connects the appropriate parties to reach resolution
