Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Service Delivery Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and owning engagement-planning and program-planning activities
  • Building proactive formal and informal communication/relationship with key client stakeholders
  • Overseeing effective engagement oversight and reviews to affect customer success

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • 7-10 years of project management experience in large scale, high risk, or strategic projects/program
  • 3-5 years of supervisory or coaching experience in team-building and leading teams
  • Experience leading cross functional teams within a formalized methodology
  • Experience managing issues, scope and quality while bring projects to successful completion
  • Demonstrated ability in managing internal and external client expectations
