Job Summary
A company that offers smartphone, tablet, and home appliance protection plans is filling a position for a Remote Service Delivery Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Supporting service technicians in the field by offering guidance on proper repair flows, including system troubleshooting during onsite appointments
- Ensuring that all customer concerns and complaints are resolved to Company’s “Customer Obsessed” standards and within departmental guidelines, company policies, and terms and conditions
- Supporting administrative tasks for technician appointment maintenance, alongside existing Service Delivery team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to communicate with technicians primarily through Slack and Zoom sessions to support onsite repair efforts
- Demonstrated passion for solving problems quickly
- Ability to communicate directly, and provide clear instruction and feedback
- Demonstrated hunger to learn about all aspects of the business and self-motivated to develop and sharpen your skills
- Ability to work on high-impact and high-profile projects that define the strategic direction of Company's partnerships
- Ability to learn new systems, supporting administrative record keeping for all appointment and customer interactions in Zendesk, Teckst, and the STGo Admin Portal
