Job Summary
An information technology and services company is in need of a Remote Service Desk Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interacting via telephone, e-mail and one on one with customers
- Resetting passwords
- Providing first level contact and conveying resolutions to customer
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6+ months experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional industry
- High school diploma
- Active Directory Experience
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Desktop and Laptop hardware support experience
