Job Summary

An information technology and services company is in need of a Remote Service Desk Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Interacting via telephone, e-mail and one on one with customers
  • Resetting passwords
  • Providing first level contact and conveying resolutions to customer

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 6+ months experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional industry
  • High school diploma
  • Active Directory Experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Desktop and Laptop hardware support experience
