Job Summary

A tax software solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Service Desk Analyst in Woburn.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping onboard new Pro customers
  • Providing on-going support
  • Providing answers to basic sales tax consulting questions

Position Requirements Include:

  • Company retreats 2X per year
  • Experienced delivering customer or technical support (2 years)
