Job Summary

A business technology solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Service Desk Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Validate, communicate, and troubleshoot of all service requests within Cloud Managed Services
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team
  • Ensure the Service Desk group has the tools, knowledge, and feedback necessary to effectively deliver services

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 5 years leading or managing a team within managed services
  • 3 years’ experience in a manager role
  • ITIL Foundations – Cisco or Microsoft foundation
  • Experience in a technical position. Competent in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to develop Core BTS teammate’s technical and professional skills
