Job Summary
An international law firm is in need of a Remote Service Desk Support Technician.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Quickly resolving end-user issues
- Handling approximately 275 daily support requests with other team members
- Properly and thoroughly documenting all elements of a support case
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to quickly assimilate advanced technical information, organize and prioritize multiple deadlines
- Troubleshooting skills, including the ability to use a wide variety of resources
- Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
- Knowledge of software including operating systems
- 0-1 years of experience in a technical support environment
