Job Summary

An international law firm is in need of a Remote Service Desk Support Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Quickly resolving end-user issues
  • Handling approximately 275 daily support requests with other team members
  • Properly and thoroughly documenting all elements of a support case

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to quickly assimilate advanced technical information, organize and prioritize multiple deadlines
  • Troubleshooting skills, including the ability to use a wide variety of resources
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
  • Knowledge of software including operating systems
  • 0-1 years of experience in a technical support environment
