Job Summary
A technology and financial services company is seeking a Remote Service Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead direct reports to standardize software processes and software-related tools
- Lead direct reports with respect to Software Service and Chronic Hardware tracking and remedies
- Lead direct reports to monitor Chronic ATM units and work with Technical Performance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High level of motivation, resiliency, maturity & dependability under high pressure situations
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills as well as solid planning and organizing abilities
- Demonstrates excellent customer care and satisfaction skills
- BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with value chain partners and external customers
- Previously demonstrated leadership skills
