Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Service Operations Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring positive customer experience through high quality, proactive service and communication
  • Providing operations support in partnership with other Customer Success team members on larger customers using data tools like Excel or Google Sheets
  • Assisting with automation of customer touchpoints for related CSM activities during various customer lifecycles

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years in an account management or a customer facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with other functional areas to deliver a seamless experience for the customer
  • Strong planning and multi-tasking skills and demonstrated ability to meet multiple and conflicting demands and deadlines
