Job Summary
A privately-held healthcare technology solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Service Performance Analyst I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create and maintain documentation related to business processes
- Identify and resolve documentation-related issues with the management
- Perform quality evaluations on call and case customer interactions (primary and calibration)
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to communicate effectively when delivering feedback and direction to agents
- Thorough understanding of documenting pre-designed processes, delivering training and evaluating agent workflow
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage their audience during educational sessions
