Job Summary

A privately-held healthcare technology solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Service Performance Analyst I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain documentation related to business processes
  • Identify and resolve documentation-related issues with the management
  • Perform quality evaluations on call and case customer interactions (primary and calibration)

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to communicate effectively when delivering feedback and direction to agents
  • Thorough understanding of documenting pre-designed processes, delivering training and evaluating agent workflow
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage their audience during educational sessions
