Job Summary

A safe and innovative nuclear technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote ServiceNow Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Research and test of system upgrades and enhancements as well as training and implementation
  • Provide Service Now tool administration, configuration/customization, reporting services, and support
  • Ensure documentation of Development activities includes all necessary steps

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Working knowledge of ITIL v3 concepts and processes
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
  • Typically one to three years of professional experience in IT Service Management or administering the ServiceNow application
