Job Summary

A cloud communications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote ServiceNow HRSD Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring and maintaining a strong partnership with IT on the overall ServiceNow platform strategy and architecture
  • Gathering and documenting end-user requirements by working with cross functional teams
  • Creating related system documentation and end user training resources

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation or development experience
  • 2+ years HRSD hands on experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience required
  • Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy & actions
  • Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS and JSON
